Dr Badrul Khan is the Founder of McWeadon Education. Dr. Khan is an international speaker, author, educator, and consultant in the field of distance learning. Khan authored the following best-selling books: Web Based Instruction (1997) has been adopted by more than 350 colleges and universities worldwide, Managing E-Learning (2005) has been translated into 17 languages, Web Based Training (2001), E-Learning QUICK Checklist (2005), and Flexible Learning in an Information Society (2007). Addtionally, he has authored over 100 papers and delivered invited and keynote addresses in over 45 international conferences. He serves on the advisory board of nine prestigious international journals and magazines on distance learning and technology. In his regular syndicated Educational Technology magazine column entitled Interviews with Badrul Khan, he interviews visionary education leaders around the world.  His work pionered current and emerging technologies that revolutionize the way we learn and conduct training in open and distributed environments across diverse populations of learners has established him as a visionary in the field of e-learning and is credited for first coining the phrase "Web-based instruction" which paved the way for the new field of e-learning. He served as a consultant/advisor to distance education projects at the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, US federal government departments, Ministries of Education, academic institutions, and corporations globally. Previously, he served as professor and  founding Director of the of the Educational Technology Leadership (ETL) graduate cohort program at The George Washington University and the Educational Technology (ET) graduate program at the University of Texas, Brownsville. Khan is past President of the International Division of the Association for Educational and Communication Technology (AECT). He is founder of  BooksToRead.com, a recommended internet readings site. He is currently working on the following three new books, Learning on Demand:  ADL and the Future of e-Learning,User Interface Design for Virtual Environments: Challenges and Advances and E-Learning Evaluation. Radwan Chowdhury serves as the CEO of McWeadon Education. Prior to joining McWeadon, he was the founder and CEO of UDiON Foundation a global non-profit organization “Dedicated to Educate” and AA Global Solutions, a leading consulting firm. Radwan is an entrepreneur and seasoned executive with nearly 15 years of Sr. Management and consulting experience, worked with The United State Navy and the United State Treasury Department and helped Fortune 500 companies grow their portfolio. He has authored 10 text books 2 of them being thought in a private school in Bangladesh, in-addition he has authored a poetry book and published over 25 articles.  Radwan has received widespread recognition, awards and honors for his work, Including the Life Time Service Award “Call to Service” by President Barak Obama in 2011, Diversity and Inclusion Award by El-Beth Development Center, he was listed as Most Influential Asian American in NE FL by Indo-US Chamber of Commerce, he was also the nominee of 2015 OneJax Humanitarian Award. Moreover, Radwan consistently received academic excellence awards and commendations for his diverse business background.  Radwan believes “Education is the best way to end the cycle of poverty and the exploitation of children”. He has spoken about those issues in many national and international conferences and participated in many roundtable discussions. His most challenging and fulfilling mission to date is leading Asian Americans (AsAm) in exercising their right to bring about the democratic changes they wish to see. Dr. Kelee Plagis
B.A., M.A., Ph.D., George Mason University, USA


Dr. Plagis serves as Advisor of Instructional Programs at McWeadon.  Dr. Plagis has 20 years experience as an educator and consultant in the fields of distance education, multi-media production, e-learning, electronic performance support, presentation techniques, and instructional technology training solutions.She has comprehensive experience identifying, analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating technologies and their direct benefit in the design of training systems and their ability to be integrated into organizational strategic programs. Dr. Plagis works with Government, Academic, and Commercial environments with the intent to optimize learning, offer decision modeling, cost benefit analysis while improving academic and job performance and ensuring optimal learning environments. She provides instructional technology standards, performance, schedule, and system integration; leading teams comprised of multimedia, private, and public sector entities where she is responsible for continuous development and updating of strategic training in professional and academic environments.  Dr. Plagis has developed award winning multimedia computer-based training for Government agencies. She develops and conducts traditional training in academic settings as well as via multimedia, e-learning, and distance learning.  Dr. Plagis advises industry and governments on multimedia distance education and government ADL initiatives participating in panel discussions and integrated product teams.  Dr. Plagis has served in executive level positions at several corporations and professorially at The George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia.
Dave Moylan
B.S., University Vermont   M.B.A., Carnegie Mellon University, USA


Dave Moylan serves as the Vice President for Development and Operations for McWeadon.  Mr. Moylan also serves as the Cheif Executive Officer (CEO) of BK Global a services company.  He is a seasoned executive bringing nearly 20 years of general management and consulting experience to the team. He has worked with numerous companies including AOL / Time Warner, IBM, EDS / A.T. Kearney, PricewaterhouseCoopers and L.G. Group in various functional roles including executive management, operations, product planning, program management, and business development. He has helped Fortune 500 / FTSE 1000 companies assess, improve and manage global operations. In addition to being an instructor at Central Texas College, Dave has also worked in numerous countries including Australia, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Korea, Mexico, United Kingdom, and the United States. His education includes an MBA in operations, finance and strategy from Carnegie Mellon University and BS degree in Economics from the University of Vermont.


Mays Nakashima
B.S., Yale University   M.B.A., Wharton School of Business, USA


Mr. Nakashima serves as the Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO) at McWeadon.  He has over 20 years of information technology management experience. His recent focus has been on new technologies in the areas of audio/video, web, games/simulations, and e-learning applications. He has served as Vice President & CIO of a $1B computer products and services company and as a business consultant in France and the United Kingdom. His education includes an MBA in corporate strategic planning & international business from the Wharton School of Business and a BS degree in Computer Science from Yale University.
